Common questions

Why didn't my iPhone storage go up right away? Deleted items first move to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. The space comes back when you empty it there, or automatically after 30 days.

Will Spacebloom delete anything without asking? No. Every deletion, compression or conversion is confirmed in Apple's own dialog, and best shots, favorites and photos you picked are always kept.

Are my photos uploaded? Never. All analysis runs on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Spacebloom Pro. You can also restore a purchase in Spacebloom's Settings.

Why can't Spacebloom clear other apps' caches? iOS doesn't allow any app to do that. Spacebloom focuses on your photo library, where most space usually goes.
